According to our evaluation using the six areas identified above to evaluate the viability of a product or offer, socialsalesrep.com scored a 4 out of 5 for aligning with our audience’s interest in making money online. The opportunity to work remotely as a Live Chat Assistant is a plus for our audience, who can consider it as a side hustle, main gig, or a fallback option. However, we could not determine why the creators are providing this opportunity beyond making money which we believe our audience would want to know.
We did not have the opportunity to test the product ourselves, however, thanks to Books After Dark Lovers, we were able to test this product. And the results were not favorable. Two Books After Dark Lovers reported that the list of gigs provided after signup, once clicked, opened to broken links. We asked for video footage of this and can confirm. Since some links did open to opportunities, we scored this area a 2.
For evaluating the sales page for professionalism and clear information about the product, the company scored a 5. The website was clear and transparent, providing important information such as earning potential, refund policy, and frequently asked questions. Although the sales pitch nature of the website was a bit pushy, we overlooked it due to the 60-day money-back guarantee policy.
As we mentioned, the 60-day-money-back guarantee refund policy is a huge plus and what gives us at Books After Dark confidence to recommend trying out this offer. However, thanks to Books After Dark Lovers, we have learned that the 3-day $1 money-back guarantee offer on the socialsalesrep.com website was not honored. ClickBank said the $1 would not be refunded because the seller offered the trial at a reduced price, which is non-refundable. We are very disappointed because the money-back guarantee was advertised differently on the vendor’s website. And if this has always been the seller’s or ClickBank’s policy, it needs to be more transparent. We scored this area with a 0.
The commission rate for affiliate marketers is fair, and the high gravity score in the ClickBank marketplace of 290.59 is a good sign of a decent number of affiliates making sales. Still, it could also indicate a lot of competition to market this offer. A gravity score between 20 – 50 is a good score for receiving a sale or a hop on a ClickBank offer. It usually indicates low competition, and a decent number of affiliates are making sales. This area earned a score of 5 in our evaluation.
